Antarang Productions unveils Bulbul Filmmakers’ Club

Antarang Productions, organisers of the successfully held Bulbul Children’s International Film Festival 2024, have launched the Bulbul Filmmakers’ Club.

The announcement in this regard was made at the concluding ceremony of the 10-day long ‘summer camp’ in Cartoon & Animation, Film-making & Editing, VFX, and Drone Making for children aged 12 and above.

The Bulbul Filmmakers’ Club aims to engage budding filmmakers through fortnightly film screenings followed by discussions and appreciation sessions. The film screenings will commence on 8 June and continue until 31 August 2024, with meetings every alternate Saturday from 5 PM to 7 PM. 

The summer camp was held in Madgao from 8 to 18 May. At the concluding ceremony, Siddhesh Naik, partner at Antarang Productions, showcased a captivating video highlighting the camp’s activities over the past ten days. The video reflected the young participants’ creativity, enthusiasm, and hard work.

Bipin Khedekar, founder of Antarang Productions, offered valuable guidance to children and parents. He emphasized the importance of nurturing young talent and fostering a creative environment for the youth. 

He also announced that the European Children’s Film Association (ECFA) has announced that the Bulbul Children’s International Film Festival has become a hotspot for children’s film in India, marking a significant milestone for Goa’s cultural landscape.

The event concluded with the distributing of certificates to the participants, acknowledging their dedication and accomplishments in the various courses.
