When @goacm @DrPramodPSawant says 90% of criminal acts in Goa are committed by migrants, he is ought to tell us the nature of crimes committed by Goans/migrants & which are the heinous crimes.
Being a Home Minister, he also needs to tell us under what category a person standing next to him as his ‘Goenkar’ cabinet colleague, who is under trial in rape & police station attack cases, falls in?
If he is right in his observation, may we know why these criminal-minded migrants come to Goa to commit crimes without fear? Is it a safe heaven they feel? Who is responsible for this ‘feeling’?
