Criminals are #criminals. Committing #crime is their religion, criminal world is their region. They are not criminals because they are #nonGoans. We also have #Goan criminals. How can @goacm blame non-Goans for rising crimes? Isn’t it important to introspect why criminals come to #Goa? Do they find it a safe heaven to commit crimes & go scot free? Are criminals protected in Goa by ‘our protectors’? Will @PoliceGoa probe into ‘this crime’? Or Blame Game is the most convenient game to play? Can you fool all the people all the time?
