TCP minister @visrane needs to tell Goans in a real ‘transparent’ manner if he has ‘scrapped’ the controversial draft amendments to Goa Building Act or has only ‘withdrawn’ the notification or has kept it in ‘abeyance’. Why appoint experts’ committee if it’s scrapped forever? And why calling it scrapped if it’s kept only in abeyance & the experts would reopen the proposal? Will section 16B be also dropped from the TCP Act? Or only existing provisional approvals withdrawn & fresh proposals would be invited? Clarity is a MUST.
